Weekly 1:1 PT Training Session
Every workout introduced will be guided in a 1:1 PT session via videocall. This works from any gym around the world: it will let you be independent. And it guarantees that workouts are done the way the are intended.
Detailed Workout & Recovery Routine
Based on your individual profile, an optimized workout routine will be created, using the knowledge I have gained about what works, and what doesn’t. It will include workout times, exact sequence of exercises and will be synced to the nutrition plan. But we won’t stop there: we will also take your recovery to the max. It will be intense, but will leave you feeling stronger every day.
Fully Individualized Meal Plan
Your prime shape awaits, and a big part of it is a meal plan that works: including macros, micros and timings around the workouts.
Weekly Update Calls
Included are weekly update calls to analyze your progress and set the tone and mindset for the following week.
